|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I really enjoy living here, staff is very nice and gets back to you in a timely manner. I have had no problem with any pests and the grounds seem very clean. When I first chose Seminole Flatts it was because everyone told me it was the most reliable complex in the area for a decent price. I believe this to be the case as I have had no problems. Some residents are loud, but that isn’t the property’s fault and expected in college town.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Deal — Honestly, this place is pretty good. I had to quickly find an apartment before school. Most places were much more expensive, or looked poorly maintained and ill equipped. Is this place the BEST No. However, it more than meets my needs and is in my budget. All things considered, it is an excellent deal.

|Recommended: YesI love living here. The office staff are so friendly and helpful and the property is in a great location for living close to campus so I can always make it to my classes on time. I also haven’t been able to find a better value for a 1x1 in tallahassee.

|Recommended: YesLiving Within Walking Distance of Class and Essentials. — I have really enjoyed my first year here. I already renewed my lease and have reccomended seminole flatts to friends. The proximity to campus, grocery stores, and really anything you need is fantastic. I do have some personal problems though. The gym is a let down, but if you go to FSU it is not a problem because the Leach is so close. And if you are taller than like five foot ten inches, you will be bending over to wash your hair. Overall, if you are looking between here and somewhere in college town, Seminole Flatts is an easy choice.

|Recommended: YesVery good property to live in if you are seeking for a relaxed lifestyle — The construction design and layout has flaws which can be resolved by adding a fan on the living room and an extra vent on the bathroom area. I have yet to spend the winter in this unit so heat insulation remains to be tested.
Other than that, it is very pretty I love the space, the view from the second floor, the distribution of the areas, the pool, and the wide parking space.
