|Recommended: YesIt's perfect, peaceful, and convenient — I have only been here for a about one month now, but it has been great so far. The staff is very knowledgeable and prompt, and the area is nice and quiet. Plus, it is about a 10 minute walk to FSU and has a bus stop right outside building A, so it is perfect for FSU students like me.

|Recommended: YesCute place with quiet people, decently sized apartments — My partner and I are sharing a 1 1 and the experience has been very different from living on campus so far, in a good way The apartment is big enough for us to share and reasonably priced. The people we've met so far have been welcoming and the office staff is always happy to answer questions.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, clean, and close to campus — This is the best apartment myself and significant other have come across in our search for apartments near FSU. It is quiet, the other people who live in this community are thoughtful and not rowdy like other college apartments especially this close to campus can be. It is clean, the grounds are always beautiful and public areas are maintained as well as our apartment being in good shape when we moved in. Finally, the rent is incredibly cheap for being a 10-12 min walk from campus you can't beat it.

|Recommended: YesWent on my second tour of the property and a one-bedroom unit this past weekend, this time to show my parents. Our guide was Molly and she was extremely helpful and kind She answered every question we had and she also gave us snacks haha. The property looked great and the unit was awesome. Excited to move in this fall

|Recommended: YesAmazing location and great staff — This apartment is so calm and quiet, the perfect place to be a student. The property staff is so friendly and the maintenance staff is very quick and attentive to issues. The location is perfect, right next to Target, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle and campus
