|Recommended: NoThe grounds are well kept and there is plenty of living space. — It is quite nice, there is plenty of living space even for a one bedroom apartment. Everyone in the main office is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you might have.

|Recommended: YesA Nice Place — I have lived in the dorms and other apartment places for 4 roommates, but this one I am paying the same price as my old 4 roommate town-home for only myself and one roommate who I trust. The rooms are very spacious and I cannot hear my neighbors. I can also find parking right in front of the building I am in making grocery trips much more bearable.

|Recommended: YesIf you can afford it, awesome place to live — Lived here three years after dorming my first year after at FSU and It's been pretty amazing. Compared to friends apartments that I've seen it's a very nice middle ground between the ratty, run-down but cheap apartments and the higher end deluxe but expensive apartments. Guest parking is sometimes really full around gamedays, etc. but that's to be expected. Lived on the first floor and constantly heard the people above us walking and moving furniture . Not sure if we just got unlucky with loud upstairs neighbors. Since there are only 2 2s and 1 1s it's a pretty quiet and friendly community. Overall great community to live in and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, fairly priced apartment.
