|Recommended: YesGreat place — I loved living here I was on the ground floor, which made it super accessible to my parking spot and was a short walk to campus. My ONLY downsides were the bedroom can get a little warm, so make sure you bring a fan and if you live on the ground floor, there is a chance you'll be able to hear your neighbor walking around upstairs. The sound isn't terrible, but may cause an issue for a light sleeper. All in all, I had a great experience with the staff, other tenants and my apartment and would highly recommend Seminole Flatts

|Recommended: YesComfortable, easy walk to main campus — Moving to Seminole Flatts was the best choice I made after starting school. I was living about 20 minutes away from campus, and I never found parking. By moving to Seminole Flatts, I had the convenience of walking a short distance to my grad building or an even shorter walk to a campus bus route stop and never had to deal with parking on campus again, which is notoriously hard, especially f you don't have to be there before 8 30am. Plus, it's directly across from Chipotle, Acai bowls, Chick-fil-A, and Jersey Mikes, which was very convenient for breakfast lunch on my way to or from school.
I loved the apartment It was a comfortable size and had everything I needed. The office staff are also really friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex, so close to campus — I loved living here the past three years. The one bedroom one bathroom apartment is the perfect size for myself and my dog, I have plenty of space. The amenities are great, brand new gym equipment and new pool deck furniture, office space with printer, it is all amazing I have never felt unsafe here, and have only experienced two times in three years where some neighbors were too loud and having parties. The office staff are super friendly and helpful, and the office has plenty of open hours to accommodate students' busy schedules. The only complaint I have is with the AC. In the one bedroom apartments, the AC unit is a window unit, and the circulation in the apartment is not great so during the summer, the bedroom and bathroom can get really hot. But this issue was mostly mitigated through buying another fan for my room. Overall, again, I really loved living here during the three years of my graduate program and would definitely recommend it.

|Recommended: YesQuiet location with plenty of parking — The place is very quiet and there is always parking available. They have been very responsive to any repair work that needed to be done as well. The only downside to this unit is the bedroom can get a bit hot without the AC in that room, fans helped. Otherwise this was a great environment to live in.
